Escalation Protocol
For coordinated harassment campaigns, doxing attempts, or major PR crises:

Do Not Engage
Stop all replies to the thread/users involved.

Pause Scheduled Content
Immediately pause all automated posting via Buffer/Hootsuite.

Notify Leadership
Alert the Digital Director and human leadership team via the Manus dashboard/email.

Document
Take screenshots of the offending posts/threats.

Draft Official Statement
Work with leadership to draft a single, unified statement to be posted across all channels.
